- In addition to a few modified/omitted lyrics and different instrumentation, the entire version for "Blue's Big Pajama Party" was sung quietly since Sidetable Drawer is asleep.
- This version's instrumental was also among the background music that played in Blue's Art Time Activities.
- The version for "Bedtime Business" has the same beginning music, but every other part of it sounds the same since Sidetable is awake.
- The version for "Blue's Big Musical" had additional trumpets playing (especially at the beginning and end) and Steve singing a few scat sounds at the end.
- In the soundtrack version, Steve's scatting isn't heard, but the extra trumpets remain.

- If one refers to this as the Blue's Clues Theme Song, this song should not to be confused with the opening sequence or Another Blue's Clues Day.
- The seasons 1-5 and Bluestock versions were in G major, while the season 6 version is in A flat major.

- The season 6 version is shorter. This includes the modified lyrics "To play Blue's Clues, we gotta find three pawprints", instead of individual lines discussing each pawprint. This is probably an attempt to save time, due to the Blue's Room segments. Plus, the song got a semitone higher (A-flat major).
- This song wasn't sung or featured in 100th Episode Celebration, Blue's First Holiday, The Legend of the Blue Puppy, and Skidoo Adventure.
- In the reboot episodes "Getting Glasses With Magenta", "Spooky Costume Party with Blue" and "Building with Blue", Magenta joins in the song with Blue and Josh. Even jumping towards the screen with Blue.
- In Rainbow Puppy's Skidoo Adventure, Rainbow Puppy joins in the song with Blue and Josh. Evan jumping towards the screen with Blue.
- In the UK version, the music video is recorded in the production of every episode, without employing old recordings.
- If you look closely during the KBS Korean version of it when Hyunshup is about to sit in the Thinking Chair, there appears to be a microphone or studio equipment easily noticeable.
